Moruleng Mall Cash Crusaders

This is my second complain about Cash Crusaders Moruleng Mall regarding my ****** phone at their store and they don't wanna replace it. On my first complain I got a call from Elijah +***9 and he told me he is going to resolve my issue even today nothing has been done.

I went to the store and spoke to the manager by the name of Lindo +***2 and he told me he is going to get back to after they give him a go ahead at head office. I waited till I call him and he told me I should pay the money for the repair since my phone was there for repair before it was ******.

I told him that I am not going to pay another money because of their inconvenience. They are not the only one who lost. Yesterday 15th May 2023 I called him to follow up and he told me I should send someone to come and collect the phone today 16th May 2023. I did send my brother he arrived there around 14h30 and Lindo called me that I am not getting a phone before I pay for the repair. I told him straight that I am not going to pay any money because they lost my phone.

Is better if I get my broken and leave Cash Crusaders in peace.
