Misrepresentation of warranty

I have purchased a Samsung A32 from Cash Crusaders for R3649.90 in December 2022, it is still under its 6 month warranty, it has been glitching, back light flashing and often running sluggishly or unresponsive which is due to a fault inherent in the phone. I have only had this phone in my possession for 48 days. At the shop they informed me that they will send the phone in for repairs which can take up to 21 days, 3 weeks without a phone. I asked them clarity on what will happen after if it is still faulty which they could not answer me. At the shop I also requested an exchange for a phone that works, I was willing to pay in if necessary, which was not an option. I feel their warranty means nothing.
