Misleading Communication
Misleading Communication Cash Crusaders sent me a mail to extend my loan, when I went into the store they said that the company does not send out mails but I received one on the 10th extending the term. I went in and tried to pay but the store insinuated that I am a ****. Bad service, I have lost my item now due to their ineptness.
