****mers refusing to fix a mobile phone still under warrant

Very bad service at Cash Crusaders Midrand City. I bought a mobile phone from them which was R1699, an honor X6A 128GB. The phone was bought on the 14th June 2025 and I was told it is under 6 months warrant should anything go wrong. The phone screen just turned white and stop displaying anything. Took it back for repairs since it’s still covered under 6 months warrant and it has no any physical damage to the screen whatsoever, now they are claiming they don’t fix phone screens and it doesn’t say that anywhere on the warrant they game me. All I want now is for them to either fix my phone screen or give me the R1700 I gave them when I bought the phone and go get a reliable phone else where. The manager of the store whose name is Frank no longer takes my phone calls, and the person who sold me the phone is Sheila Rukweza who also **** to me yesterday “15 October 2025” when I called and told me she’s on leave and not sure when she’ll return to work but when my brother went there today “16 October 2025” she was at work. They can’t even show me proof of the damage they claim is there. All I want now is my refund or a fixed phone under the warrant they claim it’s under.
