I took my Sony sound bar to cash Crusader because I needed immediate cash,I kept my end of the bargain by paying monthly interest until I get the principal debt,then came month of June,I was introduced to their ozow payment system,which I then took and made a payment through them,to my surprise I showed up at Cash Crusader Wonder Park Mall,my goods were on display being sold,I quickly notified the floor supervisor that was on the floor them, they were removed from display and I was promised that it was going to be sorted on a Monday and they will get back to me,I waited the whole week,came the following week,met someone new who told me that my goods have expired, it's then when I told him what has happened,he then promised me that he's going to make a follow up and he's going to get back to me,till today, and what makes me angry is that, whenever I go there I meet someone new and I always have to start the story from scratch..Why do they introduce new payment systems when it causes so much confusion between them and us?They now want to sell my sound bar, because according to them,the Ozow system takes long to update,I went to an extent of showing them proof of payment on my FNB app..This is day light *******
