We purchased a sheet music stand large and never used it. Marcelle Dans who is the buyer will not issue the refund even though we are returning the item in its original packaging. What she is doing is ******* as she is making up her own decisions and not going according to the receipt. The refund slip doesn't say that goods can't be refunded. She even had the nerve to say that they won't put everything on the slip.
