Manager has a big attitude

I bought a soundbar at Boitekong cash crusaders, it was a wonderful service but after 2 weeks it gave me a problem I took it back for repair. I regret buying from that store. Even today I have not received it back. The manager told me that he can't change the policy and I am hostile just because I wanted y is it taking to long. 2 months in a repair but I did not use it for even a month
