Manager cash crusaders

Hello I would like to complain about the manager at cash crusaders in Newtown junction mall, her name is Molen she isn't the right candidate to handle the shop. The way she also treats her employees it's bad because they scared to talk they might get fired. How can u make a Zimbabwean manage a shop and treats south Africans bad. Please do a follow up.
