Management capacity poor

It is sad to see the state of your phoenizx plaza branch and the way your staff treats customers with regards to after sales queries and complaints. Blatant poor treatment against elderly and female clients with a bullish attitude. I regularly support cash crusaders and for me to write a complaint of this length, you should understand my frustration.

My wife went in this morning 30/06/2018 with a query for a sanchez guitar bought 28/06/2018 with a broken arm. All the query was supposed to be based was warrantee/repair/ claim. In front of other customers in the branch, Ricardo was rude and abrupt handing the guitar back to my wife( hearsay from my personal perspective i was not there). Absolutely no thought process on how to approach a client in this situation... It was only after a while that a query to supplier was put through to the supplier.

I went into the store to chat with him about his approach to the issue, and was suddenly offered to chat in the office? Not sure how that works regarding male and female customer complaints?

Unfortunately his attitude was the same making me note his 16 years of service in the fmcg industry etc etc. I also worked in the retail industry and. Franchise operator and understand customer service indepth. Sadly enough I chose not to waste my time with and walked out.

In these economic time issues like these should be avoided. Through a poorly intellectual and inexperienced manager your brand has left a sour taste in my mouth.

Also note another client was giving the run around numerous times and was in the "queue" you are welcome to contact me for his details for which I took down.

At the end of the day the people at your shop front are your turnover carriers, and at this point if you were to access this branch on potential vs current turnover they would be at the opposite ends of the scale...

The only request that I would like to see is the camera footage from the time my wife walked in till the time she walked out. Unfortunately there is no verbal footage but i am sure we both will be able to see Mr Ricardos body language
