I have been trying to contact the Malvern branch since the 23 Jan 2025 as I am interested in a watch I saw online , when I call the store the phone just rings , when I send whatsapp they say they will get back to me and don't, today is day 15 and I am still waiting to see pics of the watch before I purchase as they do not put pictures of the items online , I have dealt with many cash crusaders and am a loyal client with a simple request which I cannot be assisted with , every time I need assistance I have to write a review on hello peter to get assistance then everybody from cash crusaders starts to phone me when all I need is 1 picture which takes a second to take , I'm tired of begging to purchase item from cash crusaders , 15 days to send 1 pic is ridiculous, I went on vacation and came back and still no response from this nauseating branch , I don't recommend anyone using this pathetic branch with 0 customer service, I have purchased so many items from cash crusaders and will not be a loyal client any longer
