Maladministration
Hi my name is Andrew Damons. I recently put an electric lawn mower on lay-buy at Cash Crusaders,Rosetenville, Main Street. A few days later, I returned to the store and asked the sales person to exchange the electric lawn mower for a manual lawn mower instead.

On my return to the store to take out the lay-buy I was told that the sales person that assisted me forgot to remove the manual lawn mower from the floor or place a 'lay-buy' sticker on the item. I was told that there is a probability that the Lawn Mower was sold as they could not allocate the item in the store.

I was then given the option to take my money back, however, I do not want the money back. I want the item(Manual Lawn Mower) I was promised. The manager refused to give me his contact details, instead he gave me a business card.

I have been a loyal client at Cash Crusaders and I believe that a store of such magnitude can not afford such errors or mistakes due to maladministration. This has been an inconvenience on me and hope this problem will me resolved ASAP.

Regards
Andrew Damons
