Machine not repaired.

I purchased a brand new washing machine from Cash Crusader Kuilsriver branch on 7th August 2017, it then broke after the 2nd wash and i returned it to be repaired. The staff assured me that it will be fixed or alternatively i will be getting a new machine, its been more about 2 months now and every single tie i go in its not done. Am i being taken for a fool or wha because paying for laundry every week costs me more than the machine. I requested my money back but they cant even respond to that. Thereforei feel the service is bad and wouldnt advise anyone to purchase anything from them.
