Lowest level of clientele and after sales services...disrespectful and illiterate clients servicess

I would not advise anyone to purchase any item sold in this shop, as the level of clientele service is at the lowest level of professionalism that one can think of.. this shop is runned by a bunch of illiterate individuals who have no respect for human dignity, the principles of customers comes first and any after sales services does not exist with this fellas, once you buy you on your own, Infact it seems as you've just released a burden of their shoulders, once you've caughed out your money and buying any item from them.....This inhuman behaviour actually starts from top management downwards to the ground staff who are mostly foreign nationals, they are all same with the same inhuman values....Back in March I went to this shop in preparation and in search for my son's birthday gift...because of my financial constraints , I thought buying him a second hand PlayStation 3 was the best option, as such electronic items always loose values with the passing of time, unknowingly I was advised by a friend to go look for one at one of the cash crusaders stores....I went in the shop and saw one at display and I was interested with the item and got one of the sales person to assist me with the specifics and the working condition of the particular item, as from display it got my attention for a second hand item, for which He did, plugged it in and demonstrated the working condition, which seemed working perfectly at the time. I went ahead and bought the item,it cost to a total of R 1 619.00 with two PS3 discs inclusive and one controller...separately the PS3 cost me R 1500.00. I was presented with the slip and I was told it had a six months warranty...and I did not have any problems with that as I new that it was second hand item....about a 3 days later the item started giving us problems i.e.freezing, shutting off on it's own, blank screen, controller not working etc. And eventually it did not work at all in 5 to 6 days period. As busy as I am I could not get the Chance to take it back right away I had to take it back after two weeks, meaning it was not being used for the other week as well....when I finally got the chance I went to the shop with their receipt and politely explained the situation that got me there...the shop manager, an old lady started shouting at me with disrespect for no apparent reason claiming that I they will fix the item and my argument was how can they be fixing something that I recently bought in a weeks time and that is when I demanded to be refunded but that did not go so well as they told me about some information on the back their receipt that I was not made aware of upon purchase and no one mentioned any thing about such policies... As they demanded to fix I eventually let my guards down for them to fix it....I was then called three weeks later that the item was fixed I should go collect it...when I got home the same problems prevailed untill to this day....today I took it back but there is still no means of assistance... Reported this matter to their head office there is no means of assistance whatsover...and no one is intending to and atleast claiming responsibility....and now I stuck with s**** of ewaste that I went out and bought for R 1600 that I myself threw down the drain....what disturbed me the most with this experience was the attitude and disrespect I got from the most senior person at this store, an attitude that said to me " you are stupid from coming in this store, now that we've got your money there's nothing you could ever do" , from a person on her position........ And that's exactly true since now I am stuck with an old s**** that I lost a R 1 600 for...I have been reaped while trying to please my son for his birthday......but I have learned my lesson the hard way....but you have a choice and that choice is to stay away as far as possible with all cash crusaders.... As they are exploiting foreign nationals whom are illiterate and do not have respect for their customersvwhatsoever.....you don't have to be like me.
