Lost Remote control

During November 2017,I bought a Goldair aircooler at the Princess Crossing store.The item came with the remote but on conclusion of the sale,the remote could not be found in the store.The salesman eager to make a sale,promised to look for it and contact me so that I could collect .Yesterday 7 April I went to the store to inquire about the remote and everybody ignored me including the salesman who assisted me when I bought the item.The item details are as follows: Goldair GAC-700W
