Lost property

I left my Lenovo laptop on a buy back. When i went to pick it up on 29/08/15 i was told it had been ******. I spoke to a manager, Liberty and he told me to pick one from the stock they had in store. I was not happy with this and he promised to call me back, but i'm still waiting for the call
