Lost apple watch series 6 under the care of a store

I took my apple watch series 6 to cash crusaders at Northmead square for a loan and when i went to make payment to collect my watch i discovered that my watch has been lost. I want the store to replace the safe watch with exactly the same specification and if such cannot be done they must reimburse me the same amout of the value of the new watch
