Looted Items Never Paid Back
I have been having a nightmare with Cash Crusaders in Field Street from last year July. I had pawned my phone (Oppo A72) on a 30 day suspensive contract. The store was looted during the unrest and apparently items were lost in the process. I have sent them more than 10 emails with no real resolution or any promise to have the matter resolved. I even attached the loan agreement on one of the emails that i have sent to you guys upon request. This has been going on for 9 months now. Could y'all please provide me with a resolution because I've been honestly patient with you and still no positive feedback. Please pay back my phone. I'm tired.
