Good day Please help me understand. I have items at Empangeni cash crusaders which was looted. So yesterday I receive an sms about this. I go the branch only to be told I must pay up my loan before they can submit a claim from insurance. My contract states they will claim market value subtract my loan and pay me. So is this the right way. Please I need an answer asap.
