I have been having a nightmare with Cash Crusaders in Field Street from last year July. I had pawned my phone (Oppo A72) on a 30 day suspensive contract. The store was looted during the unrest and apparently items were lost in the process. I have sent them more than 10 emails with no real resolution or any promise to have the matter resolved. I even attached the loan agreement on one of the emails that i have sent to you guys upon request. This has been going on for more than 6 months now. Could y'all please provide me with a resolution because I've been honestly patient with you and still no positive feedback. Please pay back my phone. I'm tired.

07 Feb 2022, 19:23I am still waiting for someone to contact me, it's been 3 days without any communication. I need my phone or atleast compensate me the market value of my phone. Right now y'all are in breach of the agreement and it is not fair at all to say the least.
