Loan Extension

Good day I'd like to get the complaints email that I can send this concern to. I took my Fridge for a loan at cash crusaders and had been paying the interest monthly and lately they gave me a link to make a payment then I did exactly that which was last month then after making payment no contract or sms confirmation was sent to me.....

This month there was no reminder or anything regarding my friend, it dawned to me yesterday that non was communicated... I then went to their website and made the payment to extend my loan... Non was communicated or whatsoever..... so I am calling in today to check if they've received payment and if they can send my Monthly contract, they reckon my fridge is on the floor... I will Not lose it because of their negligent and the lady I spoke has a nerve to tell me that the reason I never receive any communication was because of NETWORK!!!!!! So I lost my belongings because of NETWORK???
