This business especially in Overport prays on the desperate . They give you a mere pittance for items you sell to them but check what markup they resell your goods for. They give you all sorts of sad excuses for the low valuations knowing you are desperate for money waiting for you to grab their rotten bait. Staff are trained but are management puppets they can't make decisions without running to they manager. The manager will show himself only to reiterate why they can't pay more . They are nothing more than legal con artist's . If they always claim there's no market for goods they buy how are they in business ; by being clever con artist's using pathetic consumer laws to **** you . If you desperate and choiceless go there! Their loan policies are pathetic as well. Hope some better laws come into place to regulate these practices. Try gumtree or bid or buy to get your money's worth
