LAZY AND RUDE NOMUSA AT YOUR CAMPUS SQUARE BRANCH

Good day,

I was at the store at 11:22 and was assisted by a lovely gentleman by the name of Menzi. I explained that I was looking for a tv for my 3 sons who were with me in the store picking out PS3 games. I explained to Menzi that I did not have a tv license to which he responded, no problem we can sort it out in store. I enquired about the operating hours as its a Sunday, he told me they would close at 12:40. I told him I'd be back soon. I was back in less than an hour as promised. Menzi proceeded to test the tv for me even arranging bubble wrap as there wasnt a box available. We proceeded to the till where Menzi asked Nomuso to assist me with the tv license. She was not happy at all and had no problem making it known. I asked if there was a problem to which Nomusa responded 'yes, the process takes too long and its time for me to go home'. IMAGINE MY SHOCK AT HEARING THIS!!!! I asked the question again and again she told me the same thing. By now I was both shocked and disappointed. She refused a sale! Where was the customer service??

When asked for the manager, she refused to tell me who the manager was, when asked for her name, she refused to divulge this too. I proceeded to take a pic of her name tag to which she yelled that I have no right taking her picture.

The entire staff just stood there staring at the scene, not once did the manager come to assist.

This is appalling service!!!

I called head office and the complaints number but there was no answer. I am beyond angry as now I have disappointed my 3 sons as this tv was a gift to them.

I want this matter resolved, I have never disappointed my kids and I'm not about to start now because of your rude and lazy staff!!!!
