Laptop Badly Damaged

I took my laptop Dell touch Inspiron i7 to cash crusaders for cash buy back because i needed the money.<br> after paying R500 interest for 4 months my laptop came back damaged without switching on at all.<br> It is apparent that the staff members we fiddling with my laptop while it was under their care. My warranty can't cover for such and i had to pay a rejection fee of R200.
