Lacking ethics

I don't know if desperation does put a wool on one's eye but I will definitely not be doing business with Cash Crusaders Alberton ever. Lack of integrity and service from their staff and contracts is sickening. Late December 2015 I went in to get a loan using my laptop. I won't be able to disclose thereof because of discretion purposes. I leased my laptop in exchange of money but I have to say the service was very poor from the get go, the consultant handed me with the contract without explaining the legal jargon in the fine print of the contract. He did so only after I asked him to see his manager and even when he did, he didn't comprehend what he was reading it out to me. I was told that I had to repay the money with interest after 30 days of the agreement or to just pay the interest just to keep the laptop. I later then realised that I have been paying them at their convenience and not mine, to me it shows lack of integrity because I always had to make a plan to pay the interest just so that I don't loose it because it's sentimental to me. I get paid on the last day of the month but they don't care if that's the case. I'm genuinely disappointed in the way they do business because it comes across as if they want to get people's assests in an ********* way. Something has to be done about this. Unhappy ex client I
