Lack of After sales service @ Cash Crusaders Verulam

We @ Ubuntu Helping Hands Foundation purchased a new Tablet from Cash Crusaders Verulam on the 4th of October 2024. Approximately the 12 of December, the tablet refused to switch on or charge. We contacted the store and was adviced to bring it for exchange. It was then kept aside until we returned to Durban tor exchange. I handed it in on the 28th of Jan. We were then adviced their process is inspection which take 7-10 working days and then a decision will be made to either repair or exchange for a new unit. Since then, there’s been no communication and I called several times. They say it’s in for repairs and awaiting feedback. In my opinion, cash crusaders sells inferior quality products and the after sales service is an appalling.
