Lack customer services/sell broken good
I both 2 laptop which where not okay that I had to take back, I was told that I cannot get a refund but the laptop will be taking in for repairs. 2 months later we still have not received any feedback, I have call - spoke to the manager even went to the store at randridge mall but to today is the 15th August 2024 and I still don't know what is happening. No communication is being made just nothing from them.

26 Aug 2024, 15:14Today is the 26th August 2024 and my issue has not been resolved, on the 20 August 2024 I received a call from a guy called Alijah who promise that he will get into the bottom of tings and let me know what could be the problem... And until today my I still do not know what is happening with the laptops.
