Lack and poor service by shop manager
Worst experience ever by the management in that shop. Don't know how and where this person got his training but there is no skill at all for customer service. The most a poling service ever by Michael Echo to which is supposed to be the manager at the shop in Central PE, well if that's his real surname as I was given by a staff member coz apparently the manager was just to busy to attend to me.
