the worst ever service from cash crusaders julle service is regtag sleg ....mense moet weet van julle ... I lost my phone and decided to buy a phone from the kuilsriver store had the phone for a day and it blacklisted so returned the ****** phone back to the store the following day ....I then went the Parow store and bought a phone from all they did was plug the charger in to ensure that the phone was charging as it was off . After a few days I went and did my simswop and started using the telephone the screen was faulty and at times a call would come in you are unable to answer the call the telephone then needs to be restarted . I then took the telephone back to the store as I cannot struggle like this and was told by the staff that im unable to return that faulty phone and that they can send it away for repaires and this would take 21 days + to return I then explained to them that I cannot stay without a phone that long as I really need it for work . I ask then if I could speak to the manager and was told he is very busy . I then explained to the cashier on sales floor how I got this phone and they made it seem as if I never bought the phone from them until my wife showed the receipt to them I explained to the and showed the ladies the problem with the phone . I wanted to return the telephone and just add another R1000 to it and take another phone as ive already paid about a R1000 for a faulty phone I was told that I would need to sell it back to the store and would be given R300 for it as it has a faulty screen ( this is how it was sold to me ) . I then went and purchased a telephone for another place and was given the service a consumer deserves . I wouldnt recommend Cash ******aders to anyone specially after this whole experience 1st a blacklisted phone then a faulty phone .
