just a question

this is not really a complain the staff members did help me very professional, but i only have one question i want to SELL my laptop but i was told they can't take it because the 'specks' doesn't meet the requierements. i know its not a new laptop but still, if you can just clearify this for me i would be happy. i also know you can turn away any item but a laptop this will surely sell?<br> <br> again this is not a complain about the service<br> <br> thanks
