Item sold incorrectly

I took out a loan with Cash Crusaders in exchange the first item was an Amp then followed by Hybrid Base bin. On the 20th May I made a payment for the interest agreement says I have 30 days on each item. On the 16 I called to make 5 days extention I was told the base bin had expired on the 14 and is on the floor to be sold, the 30 days hasn't even lapsed and this item can't expire before the first item that I first took out a loan hasn't expired, to make things worse when I went to make payment for the Amp am told it also has expired before the 30 days.. What infuriates me is the fact that the Manager at the Kenako branch refused to assist me saying the Area Manager is around and I must come back some other time. What a pathetic service and not to forget to mention no calls by the Manager to say she is investigating the matter. This is a huge disappointment and ********* and ********..
