Item no longer working.

I would like to complain about the lack of assistance I am getting from Cash Crusaders in Durban Bluff. I took a loan again my iphone 7 plus and was paying for interest and when do bhad enough money I settled in full. Upon collection the device was no longer working. So they said they would try fix it and still no luck. Now the issue is. I have paid in full the loan but I have no phone. The manager is not giving feedback. My number is ***.
