Item Misplaced and No Response from Cash Crusaders Emalahleni Branch

I’m very disappointed with the poor service I’ve received from the Cash Crusaders Emalahleni (Kleipfontein, Watermeyer Street) branch.

I took out a loan using my item and have always paid on time. On 18 August 2025, I received a message from the store saying there had been a mix-up with my item and that I’d be contacted the same day. No one ever called me back.

I followed up myself and spoke with the line manager, Innocent, who promised to get back to me. Since then, he has completely stopped taking my calls and hasn’t provided any feedback. This has been going on for weeks now, and it feels like I’m being ignored.

I’ve been patient and cooperative, but this level of service and lack of accountability is unacceptable. I just want my item back or a proper resolution. I hope management takes this matter seriously and contacts me urgently.
