Item lost and unsatisfied service
In March 2024 - I went to Cash crusaders Lenasia (Trade route Mall) to pawn my Tv. After a month I went to repay back the money but the store was closed - one of the staff member said they are on “Strike” she then took my contact no. for incase they open she will give me a call - Until today the shop is still closed, tried to call with no luck and Googled the store it appears as permanently closed. Does that mean I’ve lost my TV? Why didn’t they communicate/notify regarding this?
