Is this an organisation of con artists?

I made an online purchase for 2 units of sound a system which was advertised on the 2nd of November 2023, they cancelled that order. I then placed another order for one unit of the same item and the order was approved, I then received an SMS notifying me that I should go to Cash Crusaders Pinetown to collect my order. When I arrived, the unit was already pulled out from stock and ready for handover. The lady in charge came to me and said that I cannot get the item because there was a pricing error and then gave me contact details of a person named Elijah who was very rude and made me feel like was 'bothering him' then rudely ended the call. I did mention that to the manageress and she took my details and said that someone will contact me on Monday the 6th of November 2023. Until today have not received any feedback. Now it is more that a month later and still have neither the item(s) I paid for nor the money I paid for them.
