Intentional selling damaged washing machine

I returned the machine that didnt work properly within 7 days. They tell me I'm gonna have to wait until they book the machine for testing n fixed. They refused to test the machine for us before I took delivery but 5 days later it has to be tested because I want my money or a better working machine!! Why does the trick works on your favour, u know what you have been doing all along, testing policy and return policy is stated on your slip but u dismiss it as if we customers we invented it. The manager was very arrogant, commandingly and telling how things gonna go his way, he intimidate his works yes, I'm a customer he doesn't pay me I work hard to go and buy but we receive that poor service and unsuitable products. I want my money back, keep your pathetic branch manager in Polokwane n see how fast will your image go into the mud!!!!!
