insufficient response

i called bluff cash crusaders in order to make payment as im in joburg and im willing to do a deposit. my problem is i was told to speak to the manager who was unavailable and was advised coming in a day later is fine. Is this true as I really need the item back? Otherwise you guys have AMAZING Staff at all your branches keep up the great work
