*****ing my phone

I went to cash crusaders today to find out about my phone that I paid for on the 3rd of February and wanted to take it out on the 26 of February. I did post before. They said they had to refinance my phones to get it back on the system. And to do this add more money to it. I did pay for my phone it was them who *****ed up. Now they blame me for it. Add more money and force me to make a payment witch I don't have now because I'm only getting pay 25 of March.
