*********** Manager at Phoenix Plaza Branch

Goodday On the 3rd of September my husband went into the Phoenix Plaza branch and paid for my laptop to be taken out as I needed it for work... my laptop was broken in the store and they said they will call him on the 4th with feedback ...nobody called us on Monday (5th) I called the store to speak to the manager who said my laptop cannot be repaired and he would look for a replacement I stressed to him on the call that I needed it for WORK and he asked if I can give him till Wddnesday (7th) again no call from him on Thursday the 8th I went into the store asked to speak to him for feedback he sent a message with the cashier that he found someone to fix it and on Monday (12th) he will call me... I called him on Monday where I was told he is a meeting and would call me back....I have yet to receive a call from him...this is really unacceptable as i stressed many times to him and the cashiers I'm missing out work... This is pathetic customer service as the fault was the stores...and even more so that the manager is now avoiding me... Now the 20th of sept when I want to collect my broken laptop (broken in store) to have it fixed myself it's apparently still in for repairs.... how is that possible???? Sudeer the manager is unprofessional with no sense of direction and not fit to manage a store!!
