INCOMPETENCY & MISLEADING INFORMATION/FALSE ADVERTISING

Cash Crusaders: Capital Centre in Pietermaritzburg is not responding to Whatsapp although online. Their response time is claimed to be 15 minutes on the website! I have not been attended for 2 hours.

I complained on Facebook and they read the message but no reply!
