Incompetence

I had bought a speaker from the Cash crusaders in Hatfield. Within a week of buying the speaker it had distortion. I thought it would fade away but it kept getting worse and sometimes would skip the song playing or even stop the song completely without me requesting so. Before I bought it they had told me it had a 1 year warranty. I took it back and requested for a new speaker and they told me it must be booked in for service and I can’t get a new speaker. It’s been over 2 weeks now I still don’t have my speaker back and it’s still supposedly “in service”. After telling me every week that it would be back by Friday, I still don’t have my speaker, it’s been 2 weeks, there is no communication or update whatsoever, I have to go there myself every time to ask for an update. I just want a new speaker if the problem can’t be solved or my money back😭
