Incompetant Staff

Today my husband went to Cash Crusaders in Montana to sell a couple of items. The staff had no knowledge of the product what so ever ( mincer and sausage making machine, chronograph and top of the line 7 tray toolbox). This equipment is new and still in its boxes.The staff did know what the items were and then accused it of being used, how would they know that if they dont even know what the items are.

The staff seemed to think it quiet funny when my husband left after also constantly being told we not going to give you much for anything even if we take it. We have often bought product from this store and will cease to do so with immediate effect. Your staff are your frontline and this was not a good experience, Since this store was taken over last service it has gone down terribly.
