Inappropriate deceit

Bought a blaupankt brand new the consultant Mr Mcwabe sole me a rv suppose to be brand new as per adverti*****t. However the remote us for a Dixon and not the same as the manual and nor does it power on television. Becareful they talk right and walk left.
