14 Aug 2024, 12:50still my problem is not solved, i received a call from Elijha from head office, he did not give me any options, did not even bother to solve the problem he said his instructions was i must report my query to ombudsman does not hello peter platform, because even if i complain here unfortunately he cannot assist, unfortunately i will not get my item back and there is nothing he can do, what a worst night mare i received from this shop and this person Elijha , no customer service , he saying he is right , if i feel like complaining i can keep on complaining nothing will change . my query will remain not solved
