im so disappointed

I had no money to pay for rent so I decided to sent my mom to put up my brand new Tv which is still in the original box to get a temporary loan from cash crusaders I left my TV there for about 3months until I could get back on my feet I then went to collect my TV on the 10th of July 2015 at 11:35 I paid the money they told me to collect my TV on the side door for collections I then went gave a lady my slip she brought out my TV I then took it and walked out assuming everything was still there but then when I got home I opened the box and my remote was gone I immediately contacted a guy who works there whom I had a personal number for explained what happened and he said he'll speak to his colleagues and ask where and what had happened to my remote and he said he would get back to me and until today 14th July 2015 he hasn't said anything he isn't even answering my calls and I had previous took my fone in and my battery was swapped when I mentioned it I was told items are safe and there was no possibility of mix ups. I trusted these people with my valuables I was desperate for money but now I'm without a remote how do I trust them next time its not fair that they play with our valuabl
