I'll treatment of customers at this branch! STAY AWAY!

Absolutely shocking experience at Cash Crusaders Centurion! I went in to sell some old golf clubs, and not only did I have to beg for assistance, but I was left waiting for more than half an hour with zero communication. When I politely asked how much longer it would take to get an offer, the so-called manager/owner completely lost his temper. He nearly threw my clubs and bag at me across the table and told me to get out of the store.

This disgusting behavior happened in front of other customers and employees, leaving me humiliated and in tears. It was one of the most unprofessional, rude, and downright aggressive encounters I’ve ever experienced in any store.

If this is how management treats people, then this place doesn’t deserve anyone’s business. I will never set foot in this branch again, and I strongly warn others to stay away unless you want to be disrespected and humiliated.
