ILL BUSINESS PRACTICE BY CASH CRUSADERS

I never thought I would be subject to ill & exploitive business practices from a company that I thought I had a good relationship with. I was purposely overcharged interest on a device that I recently pawned and the store owner was aware, When I brought it to the store's attention I was told in the future I will get bigger loans-thus bigger loans to repay, and If I complained to the stores head office- the matter will only be referred back to them! And every day its a story of come back the next day or the following week.
