i5 laptop slow,and overheating and also lagging less response time
I bought a laptop at cash crusaders(Polokwane) a Dell latitude 6420,Intel I5 ,4gb ram on the 18th of August 2018 when they showed me the laptop it was normal we did not check if all applications where responding or not it was always lagging and not responding quick as a I5 LAPTOP SHOULD BE,so I thought it was a problem of an update but even after an update it still does the same story,I was wondering if I could return the laptop and get another or a better working one because this one the issue cannot be solved
