I will never go back there

Bad customer service I went in Friday I waited over 1 hour I wanted to pawn my laptop then I showed him the type of laptop then he sed okay so Beause I waited so long I left the Sunday I went in to find some other man I waited over a hour just for him to make sumone else cut the line infront of me then I started complaining then wen they see the laptop they say oh no we don't take prolines no more mind you the laptop is new and the Friday the other guy sed yes they do take it so I am confused now why so today they don't take it is it Beause I didn't keep quiet wen they made the other guy cut the line.
