I was sold a Faulty Iphone 8 on Purpose by Employees at cash crusaders

Hi .I bought an Iphone 8 On Saturday the 15th of August At cash crusaders attlyn branch in Pretoria attridgeville.The Phone has Problems,Battery does not last and the Back camera isn’t working.i have been trying to call the Store and they just hang up on me ,I tried speaking to the store manager and he refuses to replace or refund me my money but instead he insists that he’ll buy back the Phone for R3000 -R4000 whereby i paid R6000 for the Cellphone.The Invoice states that i can return the phone if faulty within 6-7 days and also The Employees failed to tell me that the camera doesnt work nor battery life is sufficient but instead they made me an idiot and sold me a faulty iphone 8.

The Store Manager was even biased towards me as a woman and intimidated me and Told me that hes a zulu man and he doesnt argue with women.He repeatedly Became rude towards me and told me that its either his way or the high way.
