I want Refund for phone bought

Bought a phone 23/02/19 Cash Crusaders Mayfield Square, assisted by sales consultant (Sean) Tested the phone for phone calls, picture quality and was informed of warranty rules.

And yes the battery did what was expected it only lasts 30 minutes. that is besides the issue

The issue is I have downloaded music only to find that the speaker doesn't work, now I take a day off from work 28/02/2019 to go to Cash Crusaders Mayfield Square only to be told by the Manager (Tshepo) that the speaker is being affected by the battery that's why it doesn't work.

I tell him please put another battery and let's test this theory of yours and yes the speaker and battery can never be connected. his logic defeated me. His just running away from refunding me.

Here's the best part he instructs Sean the sales consultant to fix the speaker from his own pocket because he did not test speaker. I'm now shocked at all of this.

When you buy a phone everything is wiped and there is no way of testing the speaker because there is no music in that phone.

This is all happening in the 7 day out of box failure.
